About The Pinnacle
Pinnacle is a modern brick and steel high-rise condo tower located in the North Pearl neighborhood of Portland, OR. Pinnacle offers residents a variety of living options, with small studios and one-bedrooms, two-story lofts and two-bedroom homes with large terraces. There are also live/work lofts with retail along 9th Avenue.
There aren't many resident amenities at Pinnacle, but that helps keep the HOA dues a bit lower than the surrounding high-rises. You'll find a nice lobby, rooftop deck with river views and secure parking but that's about it for amenities. You won't want to spend much time in the condo anyway because the location is superb, with The Fields Park and Tanner Springs just outside your door, and a variety of popular restaurants, bars and coffee shops within a few blocks.
